Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
City website lists my competitor's site but not mine
St. George, Utah has a city website and lists some of my competitor's websites on it.
I've repeatedly asked them to list mine. I haven't had any response yet. Is it legal for them to favor one business over another?

The City should have a policy which treats all businesses fairly.
