Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
My company is charging me back my commision PLUS 25% of the sale when the approved the credit for the sale. I know this is NOT right, but is it legal?

It depends on the agreement you had with the company. If that is the company policy and you knew about it, there is little you can do. If this is a new policy then you may have a claim against the company.
