Can Consultants have titles?
Hi,
Can we hire a consultant through a consulting company for a 1 yr deal and give them the title ''Executive Vice President'' and guarantee them no liability or legal binding?

No. The title is misleading and the consultant would appear to be an employee, and would be expected to have the responsibilities and obligations of an employee.
