Contract
If I sign a three page contract on the last page (signature page only) and not initialed on other pages and I am not given a copy of the contract is this a binding contract?

Yes, unless you can show that the original terms have been changed or altered. This is why it is important to always keep a copy of every contract or agreement you sign.
