Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
I was co-owner of a business, with two other people, that sold artistic photo prints. The business is no longer. One of the former business partners is now selling the prints without the others' consent. What are our options in terms of stopping the sale of our products?

This question is really an issue of copyright ownership. Did the business own the copyrights? Or were they individually owned by their respective authors?
Also, did your partnership have an agreement in place? A good agreement would address this issue.
If you didn't have an agreement, and you're not sure who owns the copyright, then it becomes a little more difficult to sort out. However, this is an issue that probably requires a little more information.
