Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
FedEx failed to deliver on time and fails to communicate.
1. Placed claim to FedEx via telephone no response for two months.
2. Called to check on claim--told it was denied. No notice or explanation from them. Was told to use their claim form.
3. FAXed claim to 412-859-2554 as instructed--no reply from them.
4. Sent certified letter and FAXed copy--still no reply
5. All this covers a year and 2 months.
6. Called today--was told it was denied because it was not timely filed.
7. I donot understand. What should I do?

I suggest that you file a small claims lawsuit against against Fed Ex. You will probably get a response.
