Fiduciary duty
I have an ex employee who copied a cofidential list and sold it to another individual with the intent to damage my company. What can I do?

If you cannot get this resolved informally by talking to the parties (whether yourself or through an agent such as an attorney) your recourse is through the courts. A suit for provable damages and injunctions may be appropriate. I suggest that you talk to an attorney directly and before further damage is done.
