Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
With holding employees paychecks
Our company has no written policies and or procedures, recently management are threatening the employees that if they are late for a mandatory biweekly meeting they will not receive their check until 2 days after payday, this can not be legal, can it?

Re: With holding employees paychecks
It is probably not illegal. There are no laws of which I am aware that require a pay check to be paid on a certain day.
