Do I need to incorporate?
I am attempting to get a product I invented into stores. Do I need to incorporate? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

You do not NEED to incorporate, but you will look more professional if you are a corporation or limited liability company. The benefits are you have personal asset protection, should you be sued as a business. You also may have an easier time claiming and getting tax deductions.
