Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
A jewelry company in Texas I sell to is not wanting to pay me what they owe, 54K, They have offered in the past to to give me 25K to settle, I said no, they can pay what they owe. Now are finding part the product and sending it back after 10 months of research and stalling and have found 9k worth of product. Am I in a position to get what is due me plus the 2% per month late fees that are printede on the invoices, or do I just settle for thousands less?

Get an attorney in Texas near where the jeweler is located and sue them for the money that they owe you.
