Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
Is it legal for the owner of a company to pay for his wife's truck and gas money, out of the company's account, if the wife does not work for the company? In Utah if that makes a difference.

It's legal unless he gets audited by the IRS, or gets sued by somebody--the fact he is using business accounts to pay personal bills can be used by a creditor to claim that the no longer has credit protection with his corporation or LLC.
