Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
LLC formed after a contract
I entered into an agreement with an
LLC for the purchase of an
investment realestate purchase. The
terms were not met (LLC to obtain
financing) and the purchase fell
through. I have discovered that the
LLC was formed 3 days after our
agreement was executed and signed
and money was transacted. Is the
LLC veil pierced and can I legally seek
action against the sole member of
the LLC?
