Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
LLC Structure
I want to form an LLC where I am
not named as an owner (for
anonyminity purposes) but I can
control the operations, open a bank
acct, etc. Is this something you can
help with?
Thanks,
Tyler

Re: LLC Structure
You have to list an individual or separate entity as owner, but you can then be the manager of the LLC. If you have questions, please call me.
