LLC's and Corps
I think they both keep personal liabilty from the individuals, right? what is cost to form a LLC and the cost for to incorporate

Both an LLC and a corporation insulate the owner from personal liability, if operated as a separate entity. The cost will vary from one attorney to another, but I charge $750 plus the $52 filing fee to set up either a corporation or LLC. The cost is the same for both because they both involve about the same amount of work to set up.
