Legal Question in Business Law in Utah

Marketing agreement under false pretenses

I recently signed a marketing agreement with a company who in every way represented themselves as the main importer for an energy drink here in the U.S. They made claims as such, and even had it printed on the cans, when in actuality they are not the importer at all, but just a guy running a biz op scam. The issue I have is that I paid $25000 to become a distributor, and my agreement states that they the company are going to a long list of things for me. Well the reality is that they are not the ones doing the things they promised, but rather they forward all of my stuff to the real importer who fulfills the agreement, so they are doing little if anything to fulfill it. My question is, if it is not really this company who is doing these things, is the agreement valid. I signed that if there were any disputes, I would go to arbitration, what if any are my rights.
