Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
What is the maximum allowable late fee for services provided and not paid for in the state of Utah. I own a lawn care business and have a client that has refused to pay for services provided.

It is the amount set by the contract for the services. If no written contract it is the amount that is specified by "statutory interest" that is set out on the Utah court's website.
