Im a member of an LLC & I want to resign. What are my options?

Without looking at your operating agreement, I can only guess. If allowed by the LLC agreement, you can just sign a letter stating that you resign form the LLC as a member, and you are turning your ownership interest back to the LLC.Depending on the value of the ownership interest, there may be tax implications.
