As a Franchise Attorney I have to ask what is the purpose, or proposed purpose of the loan officer's website? These days, employers often take unusual positions regarding the internet, especially emails and websites. There's nothing per se illegal about this. If you want the job, they offer it on stated conditions or policies. As long as these do not discriminate against you on the basis of traditional categories, like race, age, etc. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
