Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
non compete clause
Several years ago I joined a MLM and spent lots of time and money trying to make it work to no avail. AFTER I signed up they introduced a noncompete clause that I never signed. Now I want to join a different MLM, but the previous company is saying we are bound by this clause and cannot join for 6 months-is this true? What can we do?

Re: non compete clause
You are not bound if you did not sign an agreement.
