non-compete
Does as non compete contract for
an employee transfer to a new
owner of a new company with in
the franchise?
I am that employee and I refused
to sign the new non compete
agreement presented to all the old
employees by the new owner

Re: non-compete
Non-competes are the property of the business and can be transferred to the new owner. Your old agreement can be enforced by the new owner.
