Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
Can I nullify a personal guarantee?
I have sold my interest in a company in which I signed several personal guarantees to vendors. Is there a way I can nullify or release myself from these liabilities with a written notice, public notice, or some other means?

Re: Can I nullify a personal guarantee?
No. Hopefully, your sales agreement indemnifies you with the personal guarantees of the buyers.
