Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
I am opening a business and due to credit issues my girlfriend has offered to put business in her name and I would still run it. If for some reason things don't work out between us is there anything I can do to protect myself from losing business?

If the business is in her name, she owns it, and you are just an employee. I would recommend that you meet with an attorney and CPA and come up with a better plan.
