Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
Do I need to keep my paper documents if I have already scanned and saved them as PDFs? If I do not need to keep my papr documents after they are scanned, is there a law that I can refer too about this?

It depends on the law governing the documents which you might need to keep. If you are required to keep originals, then you need the paper, if only copies, then the *.pdf are fine.
