Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
A Parent Business with Smaller ''Children'' Businesses
I am interested in starting a number of businesses; however, I would like them all to be controlled by one parent business. Do I still have to register each business individually (as an LLC, etc) or can I just register the parent business and then start as many ''children'' businesses as I want?

Each business must be separately registered.
