Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
My partner and I split off our buisness because he was unwilling to work, and he has our utility trailer and is not paying me the equity owed. The trailer is in his father in laws name, but I have been making half the payment all year. Can they just take it from me, even though I have proof the buisness was making they payments?

Unless your name is on the title you are not entitled to possession. However, you can sue to have a court make an equitable settlement.
