Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
a request for 1040 tax forms.
i am self employed all 1099, a company that i contract with for services has requested 2 yrs. of my personal 1040 tax forms. do i legally need to share that info with them? thank you.

You are not legally obligated to provide them with any income information, and I am not sure why they are requesting it. Whether you provide the information or not may depend on whether they continue to contract with you without the information. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to call me.
