Resignation of President/Manager
We recently had our President/Manager resign. We have his resignation letter but we are not sure how to show this change in our records or how we go about officially appointing a new one?

Re: Resignation of President/Manager
Follow the procedures in your bylaws. If not addressed there, you will have to refer to the Utah Corporations Code. You may also call for a free consultation.
