Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
restraining order and stalking
I am a military member and a person that works in a building near mine recently had me investigated for stalking becuase I sent her one email that was work related. Nothing has come of the investigation and my question is : since she is a civilian and I am military can I some how get a restraining order for her to stay away from me? I don't want her to have the chance to do this to me or anyone again.
