Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
What are the rights of W2 employees? Is it illegal for an employer to expect an employee to use the employee's car, computer, and cell phone as a W2 employee? What can I do? I shouldn't have to pay for my gas and expenses like that, do I?

If you're requested by your employer to incur personal expenses for the benefit of the company, the employer is actually required by law to reimburse your expenses, particularly in the case of use of your personal automobile. The IRS website provides information regarding this. The employer is required to reimburse you on a per mile basis.
