Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
S Corp Changes
We need to change our President, our address and a loan in an S Corp. We don't know what legal documents to use and who needs to sign them and if we need to call a meeting to do it.

Re: S Corp Changes
The board of directors needs to meet, and they elect the new president. There needs to be notice to all stockholders. The secretary of the corporation certifies the election.
