Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
I am going to be a sales rep for a company called Vivint. I can make money if I recruit other sales reps. I bought the domain name Vivintsales.com and just want to make sure it is legal before I build a web site on it. Can I legally own that domain name to help recruit sales reps for that company?

To be prudent you should get a written agreement from Vivint for you to use of the name. Otherwise you may be subject to the federal "cybersquatting" law if Vivint objects to your use of the name.
