Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
Sales
I sold a pure breed boxer for $800. The purchaser put down $400. She took the puppy to the vet and found out the puppy has a hernia. She also decided that because we docked the tail to long she wanted to get that redone. I told her that I would take the price of those procedures off the purchase price which left $200 remaining. somewhere in all of this she decided that she wanted to breed the puppy which she informed me she did not want to do. Now that option is out because of the hernia she does not want to pay the remaining balance. Can I get the puppy back or do I have to take her to small claims court?

Re: Sales
IF she will not return the puppy you will have to go to small claims court.
