Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
Selling Products Online
I recieved a new snowboard as a gift a couple of days
ago. I had no use for the board and so I put it up for
sale on an online auction. A day later I recieved an
email saying that I was violating a dealer agreement by
selling the board and that I need to take it off the selling
board. I thought that if I owned something than I was
free to do what I wish with it, wheather that be selling it
or not. Do I have to take it off the selling board?

Re: Selling Products Online
Unless you are a dealer or have an agreement with a dealer, you can sell the board.
