Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
Subcontractor wants more money
We own an LLC and hired a subcontractor for several projects last year. We paid him what he verbally agreed to but he's mad because he feels he didn't make enough money. Last year he gave us a handwritten list of jobs and the agreed amounts -- which equal what he was paid. Now he's provided another list with many additional costs for which he wants paid. What do we do?

Re: Subcontractor wants more money
If you paid him the amounts which were agreed, you do not owe more. However, if you took advantage of additional work, then he should be paid the reasonable value of that work.
