Can i sue a company for their products packaging and apperence says it can do something it really can't?

Often the answer is yes, but it depends on the situation. If you or someone else got hurt using the product, then there may be a claim for negligence if they failed to properly warn against the danger. If your complaint is simply that the product does not perform as advertised, then you might choose to sue for breach of warranty or fraud, depending on the level of falsehood. If the value of the product is sufficient to justify the time and expense of a lawsuit, you may want to consult an attorney to evaluate your options.

You can sue, but the question is whether you can get any helpful results. Unless you have sustained some damages or loss the cost of suit is probably not going to justify a suit. However, you can contact the federal Fair Trade Commission and file a complaint
