Legal Question in Business Law in Utah

I am a truck driver, I live in Utah. I lease a semi from a company in North Dakota. Friday after midnight the lease company repossessed the semi from my home. I have been paying $1502.28 every month for the past three and a half years. Granted I have asked for extensions on the payments and the company had been more than willing to grant them. The reasons for the extensions were because the truck was always in need of some repair. I have put well over one hundred thousand dollars in repairs and I have receipts to prove it. I am not in default on the loan, payments are automatically withdrawn from my checking account on the 8th. If funds were not going to be available to make a payment I would call the company and ask to have the payment withdrawn on the following week or another day and they would work with me on this and add the late and or transaction fees to the end of the loan. What options do I have and how can the lease company just come and take the semi without even letting me know why?

You will have to talk to the lease company. They may have made a mistake. They can take the truck if you are delinquent, but if you can prove you are not delinquent nor have violated any of the other terms of the lease, they will have to return the truck. If it is their mistake you can sue them for the lost income.
