Trust
A trust which has been formed to protect assets needs to be registard with the state?
and if yes does it become a public information? Can I look up a trust information filled with the state?

A domestic asset protection does not have to be registered with the state, just meet the statutory requirements. Accordingly, the trust is still private. I don't know of any place where you can look up information about a particular trust.
