Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
In utah can a man who is a new hire and has been known to have a bad temper walk in to the company shop holding a pistol that is in a holster but made five people very nerves. Is thier a law to protect these people?

Not unless the man with a gun may not lawfully possess a firearm, e.g., he is a felon or under a protective order.
