Viewing financial statements
As a dues paying member of a non-profit corporation are we allowed to view financial statements of the club.?

Re: Viewing financial statements
Yes, a non-profit organization must maintain records for review by its members on reasonable notice or during normal business hours. If the 'club' refuses, it may be in jeopardy of its non-profit status, and may be in violation of state law.
