I am looking to start a e-commerce store, however I have bought a domain name with the name of the good in the URL (ex. ipod-sale.) Am I allowed to opperate and sell that good with the name of that good in the URL? Thank You!

"I-pod" is probably trademarked. You will have o contact Apple Corp. for permission.
