Legal Question in Business Law in Utah
Wells Fargo Bank
Yes, its a bit of a long story but to be brief my dad has been getting my bank information from a local wells fargo bank manager. I am out of Utah and have no joint to him in anyway. My wife and I are very upset with this situation. I am 25 and my wife is 22 and dont see how they can do this. Its an invation of privicy as far as I know. I am looking to sue wells fargo becasue this situation has casued alot of problems now. Do I have a case? I dont have any evidence or anything, just my dad telling me everything about my account and telling me that he gets everything from the bank manager.

Re: Wells Fargo Bank
Assuming that your father does not have legal right to access your information, you can sue him and Wells Fargo for your damages, including unauthorized disclosure of protected information, and any actual damages you have suffered. Regardless of whether you sue or not, close that account and open one at a new bank. File a formal complaint with Well Fargo's general office.
