Writ of Attachment
If there is a UCC filing on equipment located at the address of an issued Writ of Attachment, id this equipment exempt due to the filing?

No it is not exempt from execution. However, it is still subject to the UCC claim holder as probably holding a priority position over your claim. For example, if you were to take possession, the claim holder could later repossess it from you if continuing obligations were not met (such as monthly payments being made or other terms of the original contract being violated).
