Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
my 17 daughter was charged with assult for a fight at school. the other child started the fight, my child walked away. what type of attorney do we need to file claims of assult from the other child and a civil suit against her or her parents.

Any attorney experienced in litigation can help. Yet there are some unanswered questions relating to the event: Did the other child suffer any cuts/bruises/broken bones, etc? What about medical bills?
Realistically, unless your daughter is related to Mike Tyson, any suit would take place in small claims court.
