Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
My 14 year old brother was taken out of class and questioned by a police officer with out a parent there or knowing about it. Isn't that Illegal? They are now charging him because two boys are pointing fingers at him for something he didn't do and they have kicked him out of school.
