Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
my 7 year son was was involved in a situation were a 12 year old boy was making him and another 7 year old girl touch each other in inappropriate places while he watched .the police were called and the division of child and faimly services . i had know knowledge of this at all and it was never brought to my attention until later. i am his custodial parent and it acured right next to were i live .the police have still not told me anything about it except that he was involved in a dcfs case. i do not know when it happened or who the other child is or even what all happened to this day .is this legal to withhold this information from me or not

You can make a Freedom of Information request from the police.
