Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
Attorney will not return my emails or calls.
What does it mean when your attorney, will not return your phone calls, or emails when you have filed a Civil suit and asked that he please call you back? It has been over a month now.

It means that your attorney does not value you as a client. Tell him to call you or you will file a bar complaint - or get another attorney.
