Back Pay & Legal Fees
My wife recently won back pay from an employer that was found guilty of retaliating against her for complaining about unlawful conduct. Our attorney was actually awarded more $$ than she was awarded due to the fact that the litigation lasted for several years. Is our attorney entitled to a portion of her back pay award?
