Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
What does it mean when your name is in bold or capital letters?
I would like to know what it means when your name is in all capitals on legal forms.
I know someone who has had their wages garnished and the state used a different last name(one letter)and had her name in all capital letters.
I have heard that this means it's a corporation.
Please advise.
