Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah
Child custody
if my spouse and i have paper typed up sighned and noterized. stating that in he event of a divorce I would have soul custody of our child and he would not have to pay child support or be responsible for any child care, will this paper hold up in court?

Why would you do that? The law requires the non custodial parent to pay child support. It is a right of the child to have the support. Such an agreement is probably not enforceable.
