Civil Stalking charge-pending court on friday

My ex girlfriend filed a civil stalking order with the court because after we broke up. I texted her and told her '' to keep it civil if we ever ran into each other, I got a piece''. It was clearly a joke and we texted and talked for about an hour after. She has a weapons permit and carries a gun all the time. I don't and have never owned a gun. I was honestly just trying to be funny. I didn't say anything else and told her I was kidding. Later that night I was called by the police and they told me not to call her. Since that I didn't call and thought this was all over. A week later I was served because she is charging me with terrorist threats and civil stalking. I don't know what to do or what this means. I made a court date and would like to know what to say to the judge.
